Both India U-19 women and Nepal U-19 women teams have qualified for the Super Four stage from the three-team group thanks to their wins over Pakistan. The winners of India vs Nepal will top the group.
Led by Niki Siribhagwan Prasad, India produced a clinical performance to beat their arch-rivals, Pakistan by nine wickets in their campaign opener. After losing the toss, India restricted Pakistan to 67/7 in 20 overs, then chased the target down in just 7.5 overs for a nine-wicket win.

She was involved in an unbroken second-wicket stand of 68 runs in 46 balls with Sanika Vinod Chalke (19 not out off 17).
Earlier in the match, left-arm spinner Sonam Yadav claimed a four-wicket haul (4/6 in four overs) to demolish the Pakistan batting line-up. For Pakistan, opener Komal Khan hit four fours in her 32-ball 24. Fatima Khan, lower down the order, managed 11 off 18 as only two batters reached double-digit scores.
Nepal also produced a dominant six-wicket win over Pakistan, thus eliminating the latter from the tournament.
Pakistan captain Zoofishan Ayyaz won the toss again and opted to bat first. Komal Khan played a good knock, hitting 38 off 43, as Pakistan posted 104/5. But Nepal captain Puja Mahato anchored the chase with a run-a-ball 47, laced with three fours in the penultimate-over finish.
